Noise from the bar affected restful sleep!!! Air conditioning wasn’t efficient enough for warmer days!!! Poor communication regarding mini-bar restocking left me disappointed!!! Elevators often felt slow or malfunctioning at busy times!!!

Fantastic gym, fantastic breakfast, the room was spacious and had everything I needed for a comfortable stay, including free Wi-Fi to plan my day out exploring the nearby attractions.

My stay at this hotel was a delight, especially because the main tower is only a 500-meter stroll away, and the stunning Frankfurt zoological garden is just a bit further at almost 2 km, making city exploring incredibly easy and enjoyable. as a solo traveler, I appreciated the comfy sitting area in my room, which provided a perfect place to unwind after a long day of walking.

I had a lovely time at the hotel, especially enjoying the relaxing lounge and the beautiful garden sitting area. The spa and fitness centre made for a great way to unwind after a day exploring the city. Just a heads up, there were some moments when we had to wait for the pool due to training sessions, but it didn't take away from our experience. 🌺
